We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and passionate about serving guests. We loved the delicious home-like breakfast with traditional Partha, Poori, Alu sabzi, pickles, and curd - the best we tasted anywhere in this part of India! The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were outstanding. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for our stay, and we appreciated the effort made by the staff to ensure our comfort.
Nothing to complain about at all! The hotel was an oasis of peace in a busy and noisy city.

The hotel was deluxe, as you can expect from Moradabad. The property provided us with TV set with satellite channels, a private safe and ironing facilities in the room. Furthermore, we could use free Wi-Fi;))

Located near a school, some may find the noise bothersome. the property's heritage provides guests with a unique experience. With well-maintained guest rooms and common areas, guests can rest easy in their cozy beds made with fresh linen. the staff, including the house manager, go above and beyond to cater to guests' needs. the breakfast served daily is always freshly made with service from polite staff.
One manager may come off as snobby to some guests.

The hotel had a great location, close to the main attractions of the city. the staff was friendly and attentive, always willing to help. the rooms were spacious and clean, with beautiful royal souvenirs on the walls. Breakfast was included and it was delicious - we particularly liked the traditional Indian dishes and the generous portions.
The bathroom was missing grab rails, which would have been helpful, especially for older guests. Although the manager tried to be accommodating, we had some issues with the check-out time, which caused us some discomfort.

I had a phenomenal experience at this luxurious hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The size of the rooms was impressive, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The hospitality of the staff was unmatched, and I felt like a valued guest throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel's architecture and recent renovations were stunning, creating a truly memorable environment. The food served here was absolutely delicious, with the shami kebabs being the best I've ever had. the attention to detail, service, and ambience made this hotel an exceptional choice.
I highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

This luxury guest house is a hidden gem in the midst of a bustling town, offering a tranquil and peaceful experience. From the moment you enter, you’re greeted with incredible hospitality and attention to detail. The elegant decor of the grounds and guest rooms is truly remarkable, with comfy beds and crisp white sheets. The staff effortlessly attend to your every need and the food is mouth-watering, especially the shami kebabs. Plus, it's conveniently located between Delhi and the hills, making it a perfect pit stop.
While the guest house has everything you need for a relaxing stay, it would have been nice to be able to use a hair dryer and have lotion and cotton buds readily available in the bathroom. , a bit of guidance on operating the TV would have been helpful.
